ABOUT US
Asociația Tinerii 3D (The Association of 3D Youngsters) is a
NGO from Craiova, Romania existing as informal group since
2007, registered January 2013. We are a group of young who
is fighting for respecting the right of the young people in the
community, for social integration and support of the
youngsters that below to disadvantaged social groups and
also for to develop a healthy way of life in 3Directions:
education for the mind, culture for the soul and sport for the
body.
Between our objectives you can found promoting volunteering
work, promoting creativity, gender equality and non-racist
prejudices, exploring national and other countries culture,
organizing sport contests, promoting the principles of
European Union and European citizenship.

EVS IN CRAIOVA
We expect to host volunteers that will work with us and the
youngsters of Craiova for more positions:
- -> "community journalists" - volunteers will take pictures,
videos (+ editing them), interviews, write articles about the
local community of youngsters and events related to youth;
- -> "volunteer for YOUth" - volunteers will prepare
workshops and they will be helping the institutions staff in
normal & special schools (special schools involve youngsters
with psychical and mental handicap);
- -> "art for the community" - volunteers will be able to pain
and redecorate public urban furniture and institutions rooms,
walls, buildings and materials, especially with cartoons and
elements for kids and youth.
Keep in mind that volunteers will also have to organize their
own activities, of course with the support of the association.
Activities will be spilt in self-organized and also
weekly/monthly activities given by the team.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Participants need to be aged between 18 and 30 years old as
it is in the rules of Erasmus+ European Voluntary Service.
Project will young people who are interesting in having an
impact on developing their cities/community after the end of
the Voluntary Service.
We expect that the candidates to have good skills in the
following subjects (regarding what they will chose as
volunteering type of project):
- Journalism
- Photography
- Photoshop and other relevant photo editing software
- Movie Maker, iMovie and other relevant video editing
- software
- Social Media Marketing
- Volunteering
- Promotion Campaigns
- WordPress
- Drawing
- Painting
WE WOULD LIKE
Also we will consider a plus if the candidates match to our
ideal volunteer profile:

Not all the above skills are a must but we would like to host a
multi-skilled volunteer.
ACCOMMODATION
All our volunteers are accommodated in a big flat that has 3
bedrooms and a big shared living room. In each bedroom
there will be hosted maximum 2 persons, of course from the
same gender.
At the accommodation you have kitchen fully equipped where
you can cook and ear your meals and a small balcony to
deposit different things. Also there are 2 bathrooms that you
can split for boys and girls, if needed.
There it is provided TV-cable and internet for free so you can
communicate with your family.
In the flat it totally forbidden to smoke!
